These Terms govern your use of DexRanks (dexranks.com / dexranks.lol) and any related interfaces that let you burn $RANK, promote a token, or browse the board. By using the site you agree to them.

What DexRanks is

DexRanks is a public multi-chain leaderboard and listing surface. $RANK launches and burns on Robinhood Chain (chain ID 4663). The board will list tokens from Robinhood Chain, Solana, Ethereum, and Base as those rails ship. Rank position is determined by irreversible $RANK burns. Enhanced / Verified products are separate burns. DexRanks does not custody your funds, does not broker trades, and does not give investment advice.

Eligibility

• You must be able to lawfully use crypto wallets and smart contracts where you live.
• You are responsible for your wallet, keys, and any transaction you sign.
• Until multi-chain claim is live, only Robinhood Chain token contract addresses may be promoted. Other chains will be enabled in product updates.

Burns & payments

• Burns send $RANK to a dead address or registry sink. They are permanent. No refunds.
• ETH / USDG paths, when offered, swap into $RANK then burn. Slippage and gas are yours.
• Board placement updates when the on-chain burn is confirmed. There is no manual approval queue for Rank.
• Failed, stuck, or under-paid transactions do not create a rank credit.

Listings & click targets

• You represent that you control or are authorized to promote the token CA / mint you submit.
• Optional outbound links (site, chart, socials) must not be malware, phishing, or illegal content.
• DexRanks may remove or hide listings that break these Terms or applicable law, without refund.
• Verified means wallet identity matched our rules — not that a token is safe, audited, or valuable.

No warranties

The site is provided “as is.” Markets move. RPCs fail. Indexers lag. Tokens can go to zero. Many will. We do not warrant uninterrupted uptime, accurate third-party prices, or that any token will remain tradeable.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, DexRanks and its operators are not liable for lost profits, lost tokens, failed transactions, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or any listing.

Independence

DexRanks is independent. Not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Robinhood Markets, Inc., Robinhood Chain, Pons Labs, Solana Foundation, the Ethereum Foundation, or Coinbase.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the new version. Material product rules also live on /rules.
